Think pink cycle coming to Limerick on September 3rd

The charity cycle in aid of the Marie Keating foundation is the first of its kind in Limerick. The Ladies@The Hub cycling group, which is the first Limerick all ladies cycling group, are hosting the Think Pink Cycle in association with the Marie Keating foundation on Sunday September 3rd. The cycle will begin from Ahane GAA club in Castleconnell and there is a 30km route via Birdhill or a 70km route via Nenagh. Munster name exciting XV for Opening round tie versus Treviso

Rassie Erasmus has named a mixture of experience and youth for his sides first Pro 14 game. Academy loose forward Sean O’Connor and now Irish International Andrew Conway are the only two changes to the side that defeated Worcester last week, coming in at flanker and full back respectively. Munster Senior Cup Redrawn The Munster Senior Challenge cup had to be redrawn today as Thomond were included in the original draw but they will not be competing this year. Garryowen Shannon and Young Munster were all given home ties in the new draw against Dolphin, Cork Constitution and Highfield respectively. The first round also threw up some away trips for Limerick Clubs with Old Crescent having to make the journey to Midleton and UL Bohs having to travel to Nenagh. The Markets field is the venue for the Division 1 and Division 2 cup finals in the Limerick Women’s and Schoolgirl’s Soccer League this weekend.
