Limerick Big Ball Club 7’s returns this weekend. Mick Neville Park will host the second annual Big Ball Club 7’s tournament this Saturday, July 15. The tournament is organised by Rathkeale GAA club and serves to honour the memory of Shane Hourigan. Last years inaugural tournament was a great success with Ballylanders taking the top prize, in doing so they qualified for the Kilmacud Crokes All Ireland 7’s. 18 clubs took part last year and this year Rathkeale GAA are hoping for a similar turnout.
