The South African will join the week of the 20th of November.
Currently the Sprinboks assistant coach, Van Graan will be released from his role with his county when they complete their test games against Ireland this weekend and France the following weekend.
The incoming head coach will join up with the Province on the 20th of November which coincides with Munster’s return to Pro 14 action against Zebre on the 26th.
