Limerick boxer Graham McCormack set for third professional contest

The southpaw will aim to maintain the perfect start to his professional career when he fights for the third time on the ‘Celtic Clash 6’ card in Dublin.

Light middleweight, McCormack, previously came through his opening two tests with Richard Baba and Jozsef Takacs. His next opponent is yet to be confirmed.

This will be ‘G-Train’s’ third camp under former Irish champion Eddie Hyland and Tommy McCormack.

Originally fixed for July 7th, the Limerick man’s next fight is now slated for Saturday, July 14th at the Good Counsel GAA Club. This suits the pugilist, who has recently overcome a hand injury.

A healthy travelling support will again be expected as the up and coming fighter looks to take another step in the right direction in the professional ranks.

While you’re here why not watch back this video piece which captured McCormack’s passion for the fight game and love for his city prior to the win over Hungarian fighter, Takacs.
