Munster squad update Niall Scannell in Irish camp ahead of Welsh clash

Munster squad update Niall Scannell remains in Irish camp ahead of Welsh clash.

The Munster squad returned to training at the High Performance Centre in UL today ahead of Friday night’s clash against Glasgow Warriors at Irish Independent Park.

Hooker Niall Scannell who was training with Ireland last week, remains in national camp ahead of their Six Nations clash with Wales at the Aviva Stadium this weekend.

Meanwhile Tyler Bleyendaal came through his return to action with no issues after making his comeback from a neck injury in Cardiff on Saturday night.

Tommy O’Donnell has moved closer to a return to action after sustaining an AC joint injury against Ulster on New Year’s Day.

Ronan O’Mahony will undergo a scan to assess a shoulder knock sustained against Cardiff on Saturday night.

Andrew Conway has returned to Ireland camp ahead of the 6 Nations clash against Wales on Saturday afternoon.

Academy prop Liam O’Connor has undergone surgery on the knee injury he sustained against Ospreys in December.
