Racing action continues for day two of Limerick’s Christmas Festival

Wednesday’s racing action gets going at 12.25 at Limerick Racecourse with the seven race card finishing up at 15.45.

The Tim Duggan Memorial Handicap Chase (2.35) is the feature race this afternoon.

Katie Walsh claimed victory in the race in 2011 on her father Ted’s Seabass and this time she will be on board Baie Des Iles for her husband Ross O’Sullivan.

The betting is headed by Sumos Novios from the Liam Burke stable.

Yesterday saw the Gordon Elliott trained Dounikos take the feature on day one as the Gigginstown entry came home a 14/1 winner under Andrew Ring.
