Sky Sports GAA Championship promo 2017

Whether we like it or not, it looks like Sky are to have a role in the GAA Championships for the foreseeable future.

Sky pundits include All Ireland winning manager with Donegal, Jim McGuinness, Tyrone legend Peter Canavan, ex-Mayo boss James Horan, Clare hurling hero Jamesie O’Connor, nine-time Celtic cross winner with Kilkenny, JJ Delaney, and former Galway stalwart Ollie Canning, with the addition of ex-Monaghan footballer Dick Clerkin.

Rachael Wyse and Brian Carney continue to hold down the presenter’s role.

Speaking at the launch of Sky Sports 2017 GAA Championship coverage, Sky Ireland’s Managing Director, JD Buckley, had this to say:

“Our partnership with the GAA has gone from strength to strength and we’re really excited by this being the first season in our new five-year partnership deal.

“Our insightful line up of GAA experts will truly bring viewers inside the game like never before.

We are excited about the future and how Sky Sports can continue to stand out with continuous innovation, knowledge and expertise at the heart of our GAA coverage.”

Here is their promo for what promises to be an intriguing 2017 hurling and football championship.
