WATCH: “Let them play” IRFU launch campaign to cut back on poor sideline behaviour

As part of their “Spirit of Rugby” initiative the IRFU are trying to clamp down on poor sideline behavior at grassroots level of rugby.

In the short video Internationals such as Garry Ringrose and Tommy O’Donnell are used to help emphasise the point that young players and volunteer coaches are doing their best and don’t need criticism or judgement from the sideline, escpecially when children are playing.

Let Them Play – Sideline Behaviour

The players are children – they want to have fun. The coaches and officials are volunteers – they're there for the love of the game. Your sideline behaviour should Let Them Play!
