WATCH: Mike Haley on Ireland ambitions and Munster fans

New Munster full back Mike Haley says that an Ireland call up is not in his thinking at the moment as he continues to find his feet at the province.

Haley is Irish qualified through his maternal grandmother who hails from Tralee, Co Kerry.

The 23-year-old Preston native made his Heineken Champions Cup debut for Johann van Graan’s men last Saturday against Exeter.

The former Sale Sharks man will be in line for his European appearance in the red of Munster this Saturday against Gloucester and says that it would be a special experience should he be selected.

“I was blown away by the support last week.. I can’t wait to hopefully walk out at Thomond with the support that’s going to be going on there.”
