Munster hooker Mike Sherry will have the chance to earn his 100th cap with the province if selected for this Saturday’s squad to take on Ulster at Thomond Park.
The Garryowen club man has had an injury blighted career so has taken longer than most to reach the milestone but says he’s proud to have the opportunity.
Although Munster have already secured a home quarter-final in the Pro 14, Sherry says that there is still massive motivation within the squad to put in a performance against their inter provincial rivals.
“To put last week to bed, to move on to the playoffs, to give the coaches selection headaches, so yeah, it is a big opportunity.”
