WATCH – Sammy Arnold says Munster are prepared for visit of confident Scarlets side

The Scarlets will have fond memories of their last meeting with the Irish province as they claimed an impressive 46-22 win to land the Pro 12 title in Dublin.

Centre Sammy Arnold knows that the Welsh side will come into Saturday’s game with nothing to fear following two wins in their last two meetings with Munster.

“They beat us at home last year in the league and they beat us again in the final as well so they’ll be coming over pretty confident.”

A big Pro 14 clash may be looked at as ideal preparation for the visit of Toulon next weekend but Arnold says that he and the rest of the squad are focused solely on doing their job on Saturday.

“Scarlets are going well this year they’re second in the other side of the conference. They’re a quality team there’s no two ways about it. We can’t look any further than this week because they are so good and we want to bounce back. The league is solely our focus this week and something we’re excited about.”
