Ireland’s opening fixture will be against Scotland.

Ireland will face arguably their toughest opponent in their group first when they face Scotland on the Sunday 22nd of September at International Stadium in Yokohama, with and Irish time kick off of 7:45am.

World Rugby have today confirmed the tournament’s fixtures which will begin in less than two year’s time..

Ireland’s second game will be a tie with the hosts, Japan, on September 28, before facing their ‘Europe 1’ side and then finally meeting the ‘play off winner’ in their last game on the 12th of October
