Willie O’Connor is competing at the PDC World Chmpionships
One of the most exiting competitions in the darting calendar has kicked off this week with the PDC World Championships commencing at Alexandra Palace or “Ally Pally” for most.
Cappamore man Willie O’Connor was involved in a match up last night with veteran opponent Steve Beaton in what was the O’Connor’s first even appearance at the Championship.
O’Connor eventually lost out to his opponent but did notch up a nice finish in the final set which the commentators referred to as “brilliant”.
