The Breakdown S02E13 with Sporting Limerick & Three Red Kings

Ireland go in search of what would be their third ever Grand Slam as they take on England at Twickenham on St Patrick’s Day. In this edition of the podcast, we look at starting XVs on both sides, where England will attack Ireland and where Joe Schmidt will set up his side.

While the game will take centre stage, there have been plenty of backstories with Marius van der Westhuizen dropping in to oversee an England training session and then being dropped from the match day team.

Eddie Jones has also being doing his best to give Ireland some added motivation with his “scummy Irish” remarks which surfaced from a previous speech at a corporate function some time back.

All that plus a look at Italy v Scotland and Wales v France while we look at Munster’s chances away to Edinburgh as Johann van Graan’s side return to Pro14 action.
