WATCH: Munster’s Peter O’Mahony on his 50th Irish cap and third test

Ireland take on the Wallabies tomorrow in the third and deciding test of their Summer series. Having turned in a much improved performance last weekend, Ireland levelled the series, laying down a marker and setting up a mouthwatering finale in Sydney.

The side will be captained by Munster’s Peter O’Mahony who will be hoping to mark his 5oth Irish appearance with a series win over the Australians.

Speaking to Irish Rugby O’Mahony says the 50 cap milestone is an honour and is focused on the game on Saturday morning.

“Fifty caps, you wouldn’t dare to dream of it when you were small. It’s a dream to get your first one but fifty is obviously a hugely special moment.

“It’s a massive occasion. It’s the first time we beat them here in a long time last week. To be in with an opportunity to win a test series here is a testament to the side.”
