Shannon RFC’s Greg O’Shea is included in the 13-strong men’s side. The Limerick man struggled with injury in the early stages of the season but has been in top form as of late in the European Grand Prix.

While O’Shea’s club mate and fellow Limerick native Aoife Doyle is joined in the women’s squad by UL Bohemian’s duo  Louise Galvin and Deirbhile Nic a Bhaird .
