Anthony Foley captained the 1989 St Munchin’s team to Munster Schools Junior Cup glory in a team that was coached by his father Brendan and Paddy O’Connor.
Brendan, who had a glittering rugby career of his own, was at the unveiling of a bust in Anthony’s honour at St Munchin’s last week and took time out to give an insight on the starting XV, along with Paddy.
