U20 side named for final group game.
There are eight Munster players included in the Ireland U-20 side to face New Zealand in their final Pool fixture at Kutaisi Stadium, Georgia, this Thursday, 12.30pm Irish time.
Young Munster’s Alan Tynan, Garryowen’s David McCarthy and Liam Coombes who earn their first caps, Shannon RFC’s Conor Fitzgerald, who was only called into the squad as an injury replacement on Monday will also start.
UL-Bohemian prop Joey Conway, Shannon hooker Adam Moloney and flanker John Foley, while Young Munster’s Gavin Coombes will also all feature.
Ireland U-20s have lost their opening two pool fixtures against Italy and Scotland and New Zealand are an excellent side so they will have to earn a win.
The match will be broadcast live on eir Sport tomorrow (Thursday) at 12:30pm Irish time.
