BREAKING: Treaty United complete signing of midfielder Stephen Christopher

Treaty United have completed the signing of former Galway United midfielder Stephen Christopher.

The 25-year-old appeared 27 times for Galway in his two-year spell at the club before joining up with Tommy Barrett’s Treaty side.

Prior to that, Stephen had a successful spell at Cobh Ramblers, where he made over 100 appearances, helping the club reach the EA SPORTS Cup Final in 2018 and a second place league finish in the First Division in 2017.

Christopher will bring an attacking edge to the Treaty midfield with his close-control dribbling and set-piece expertise.

Treaty will be hoping the new signing will further bolster their chances to stay flying high in the first division throughout the remainder of the season, with them sitting in third place with 15 games played.

The midfielder is available for selection for tomorrow’s game against UCD.
