The Sport Eagles finished the year with a dominant 100-66 win at home to Team NorthWest, where new signing Kealan Coats posted an outstanding 36 points.
There were two wins from a possible three for the Limerick basketball sides in action last week, as the Celtics and the Sport Eagles closed 2023 victoriously.
The Celtics took on Moy Tolka Rovers in the InsureMyVan.ie Division 1, as Michael Hood and Justin Motley scored 28 points each to lead their side to a 88-67 victory.
They will now have a rest weekend following their elimination from the National Cup.
