Munster bolstered by RG Snyman return with no fresh injury concerns

The squad has been bolstered ahead of a vital run of games by the return of RG Snyman, who has been out of action since suffering a chest/shoulder injury in the World Cup final.

Tom Ahern has completed the return to play protocols and will return to full team training this week, while Cian Hurley is increasing his training load following his ankle/achilles injury.

There are no fresh injuries to report following Saturday’s win over Crusaders at Páirc Uí Chaoimh, although Patrick Campbell is set to be sidelined for four to five months, the fullback set to undergo surgery on a shoulder injury.

Elsewhere, Simon Zebo (knee), John Hodnett (finger), Paddy Patterson (knee), Jack O’Donoghue (knee), Dave Kilcoyne (shoulder), Diarmuid Barron (foot), Jean Kleyn (eye/knee), Liam Coombes (shoulder) and Roman Salanoa (knee) are all unavailable as they continue to rehab.
