Limerick Minor hurling manager Shane Dowling has named his side to take on Cork in their opening game of the Electric Ireland Munster Minor Hurling Championship on Thursday evening.
The tie is scheduled to start at 7pm in SuperValu Páirc Uí Chaoimh, with Cork beginning their campaign with a loss to Tipperary last week.
Joint-captains Jack Cosgrave and Diarmuid Hurley are in the starting XV, with Monagea’s Gavin Dorgan named at centre-back.
Dowling has named two Na Piarsaigh men in the team, with Eoin Brosnan and Danny Sheehan getting the nod.
Cathal Dennehy is set to start in goal, with Daithi Dennehy just ahead at full-back. He is joined by Ahane’s Dennis Blackwell and Adare’s Conor Ryan in the full-back line.
Dorgan starts at six, flanked by Brosnan and Gearoid Enright of Kilmallock.
