Kilmallock set up County SHC decider with Na Piarsaigh

Kilmallock put an end to Patrickswell’s title defence last Saturday as they ran out 8-point winners at the Gaelic Grounds, 1-18 to 13 points the final score.

James Connery’s side will now go onto face Na Piarsaigh in a repeat of the 2014 final.

Micheal Houlihan’s goal two minutes into the game was the difference at half time as the Balbec went into the break leading 1-7 to 7 points.

After the interval Kilmallock went on to stretch their lead and took control of the game, Eoin Ryan scoring 0-9 in the second half, 0-11 for the game.

The County SHC final will take place on Sunday 15 October at 4pm.
