Na Piarsaigh native Paul Beary has left his post as manager of Na Piarsaigh after his maiden season in charge. Beary replaced Shane O’Neill in March after the Caherdavin’s All Ireland final replay loss to Cuala.
Beary oversaw a successful group stage run in the Limerick SHC where Na Piarsaigh topped group 1 with four wins and a draw from their five outings.
They eased past Kilmallock in the semi finals before beating Doon in the final to secure back-to-back Daly Cup titles for the first time in their history.
They lost their 100% in Munster however in November as they were defeated by Ballygunner in the Munster final in Thurles.
