Bruff and Blackrock clash the pick of the bunch | Saturday Hurling Fixtures

There are eleven games being played across Limerick’s second, third and fourth tiers on Saturday evening.

Saturday evening’s hurling action sees ties to be played in the Premier Intermediate championship, as well as Intermediate and Junior A clashes.

At Premier Intermediate level, we see Bruff clash with Blackrock, both sides recording three wins from their first four games, and sat level on six points. Glenroe have only picked up one win this term, and they face a Newcastle West side who have won two and lost two so far.

Moving down to Intermediate level, there are two group one games, with Hospital Herbertstown, who are yet to win a game, pitted against Kilmallock. Pallasgreen and Knockaderry share a record of just one win from three, and they face off in Croagh at 5pm.

Looking at group two, Granagh Ballingarry have been flawless so far, and their 100% record will be put to the test by St Kieran’s who have only lost one game themselves. Winless Croom take on a Murroe Boher side who have only piced up two points, in what is a grudge match at the bottom of the group.

The Junior A championship as five games set to be played on Saturday. Patrickswell, who are yet to in a game, play Ballybricken Bohermore while Staker Wallace, who are also winless, clash with Askeaton in group one.

All six group two sides are in action on Saturday, as Caherline meet Claughaun, Tournafulla take on Garryspillane, and Crecora Manister play Templeglantine.
