With gyms, fitness centres and playing fields all out of action Munster Rugby players have all been using tailored individual plans to keep ticking over during the lockdown.

However there is no such lockdown on the Stander family farm down in South Africa as the Munster & Ireland backrow demonstrated some novel ways of keeping his fitness up.
