Connolly Announced as New Treaty United Women’s Senior Manager

Niall Connolly has been announced as the new Treaty United Women’s Senior manager for the 2021 Women’s National League season. On New Years Day, Treaty announced that Dave Rooney and Irene Hehir had left their roles as senior and U-17’s manager’s respectively.

The club announced the news on their official Twitter page tonight:

Connolly was Rooney’s assistant manager last year as Treaty finished 9th in their maiden season at the top level of women’s football in Ireland and the team also reached the semi-final of the FAI Senior Cup. He was also heavily involved in the Limerick FC underage setup in the past and led the U-13’s side to an Airtricity League underage final where they lost out to St. Patrick’s Athletic.
