Corbett misses out as Limerick make one change for Tailteann Cup debut

There is just one personnel change to the team that were defeated by Clare in the Munster semi-final with joint captain Iain Corbett missing out.

Mark Fitzgerald has named his Limerick side for their first ever Tailteann Cup game this Saturday evening. Limerick host Longford at 6pm in the TUS Gaelic Grounds in the first of three group games.

There is just one personnel change to the team that were defeated by Clare in the Munster semi-final with joint captain Iain Corbett missing out. The Newcastle West man missed the final two rounds of the league and was substituted at half time in the loss to the Banner. He is replaced by Adrian Enright who returns after serving a suspension last time out.

Jim Liston moves to centre back with Paul Maher reverting to the wing. Enright comes in at half forward. Elsewhere, the starting XV remains the same as was against Clare.

There are four potential debutants among the bench including U20 star Darragh Murray who started in last months Munster semi-final defeat to Cork.
