The Ballysteen man is selected after an inspired performance for Limerick over the weekend.
Danny Neville has been selected on the official GAA Gaelic Football team of the week.
The forward was crucial in helping Limerick to a 1-13 to 0-14 win over Tipperary on Saturday.
Tipp were 0-6 to 0-4 to the good at the half but 1-2 from Neville within five minutes of the restart shifted the outcome of the game.
He finished with 1-3 and is named in the full forward line with David Clifford and Cormac Costello.
