Delight for local trainer Eric McNamara at Limerick races

Limerick trainer Eric McNamara exclaimed “job done!” following the win of his exceedingly popular, gambled winner Owl Creek Bridge (9/2jf) in the Parkway Shopping Centre Handicap Hurdle (div 1) at Limerick today.

Owl Creek Bridge was ridden by McNamara’s son Eric and won by a length and a quarter.

JP McManus’ Espoir D’allen was the impressive winner of the Grade Three Irish Independent Hurdle in Limerick at 1.40 today. He was ridden by JS McGarvey under the tutelage of WP Mullin.
