Munster have announced the signing of 23-year-old winger Diarmuid Kilgallen from Connacht ahead of the 2024/25 season.
Kilgallen is a Kildare native, and he started out at Naas RFC before playing schools rugby for Cistercian College Roscrea on the Tipperary-Offaly border.

On the injury front, there is good news for Cian Hurley who has returned to full team training after a lengthy absence due to an achilles/ankle injury.
The old news keeps on coming as it has been confirmed that Simon Zebo will not require surgery on his knee injury. He is expected to increase his training load and rehab with the medical department this week, but there is no timeline on his return yet.
Roman Salanoa had a surgical procedure on his knee this week and will begin rehabilitation with the medical department.
Conor Murray, Jeremy Loughman and Oli Jager have all been released from international duty and are available for selection.
