FAI Cup Qualifying round draw sees Fairview host Athenry

The qualifying round for the 2021 FAI Cup has been completed with six fixtures set to take place while six teams in the round will receive a bye into the next stage of the competition.

Limerick side Fairview Rangers have been given a home draw in the qualifying round. The FAI junior cup holders will play host to Athenry in their qualifying round fixture that will take place on the 11th of July. The tie is a repeat of last years Junior Cup semi-final.The winners will move on to the first round to join the Airtricity League teams.

Fairview will be looking to build upon their ninth junior title and will be gunning for their 10th to add to their impressive collection.The most successful club to take part in the competition.

The cup is one of the largest competitions on the amateur stage across Europe.

Kilnamanagh v Home Farm
Fairview Rangers v Athenry FC
Ringmahon Rangers v Crumlin United
Oliver Bond Celtic v Killester Donnycarney
St. Mochtas v Cockhill Celtic

The teams who received byes include Malahide united, Banger GGFC, St.kevins Boys, College Corinthians, Liffey Wanderers and Usher Celtic.

Kick-off times to be scheduled and confirmed at a later date.
