6 Limerick basketball players were awarded their Irish caps over the weekend at National Basketball arena
It was an excellent day for Limerick Basketball on Saturday when no less than six students were presented with their official Irish caps at an event at the National Basktball arena in Tallaght.
International Caps were presented to four Crescent College Comprehensive
students and one from Scoil na Tríonóide Naofa Doon as well as a Limerick Lions player who hails from Kilrush in Co Clare in the National Basketball Arena last weekend.
Nathan Moore and Ronan Cregan Limerick Lions as well as Josh
Mulhare alongside Sabhbh Edwards Murphy, Kilrush Community School and Limerick Celtics( U16 Euros) while Eve Nealon and Lauren Walsh (Limerick Celtics) received theirs after competing with the U17 Development Squad against Wales and Team GB.
