Ireland round off their Autumn Nations Cup campaign this weekend as they meet Scotland this Saturday in the Aviva Stadium.
Ireland have had mixed results thus far with a positive win over Wales, a loss to England and a poor victory over Georgia last weekend.
A win over Scotland will see Ireland finish in third in the tournament behind England and France who meet to see who tops the pile.
Ahead of the clash, Ireland have released an injury update for the squad with a number of players ruled out but two huge returns in Johnny Sexton and Robbie Henshaw.
Squad Update:
Keith Earls has recovered from a back spasm that affected him during the Georgia game.
Conor Murray’s dead leg is being managed and he is expected to be available for selection.
Johnny Sexton and Robbie Henshaw have re-joined full training with the squad.
Billy Burns’ groin injury has ruled him out of the final Guinness Series fixture of the Autumn Nations Cup.
Will Connors is proceeding through the graduated return to play protocols but the decision has been made not to target this weekend’s fixture.
Rob Herring’s rib issue has eased and he has returned to full training.
Ed Byrne is ruled out with an ongoing calf issue and James Lowe has also been ruled out with a groin issue.
Harry Byrne and Eric O’Sullivan will train with the squad this week.
