Jenna Slattery on Target for Ireland U-19’s

Promising Treaty United midfielder Jenna Slattery was on target for Republic of Ireland U-19’s on Friday evening as they defeated Northern Ireland 0-2 at Queens University in Belfast.

Earlier in the week, Slattery was joined by four teammates in being selected by Dave Connell for the Republic of Ireland U-19’s squad for a training camp and two games against their Northern counterparts. Aoife Cronin, Olivia Gibson, Aoife Horgan and Eve O’Sullivan were all selected by Connell following good recent form for Treaty United Senior Women’s side under the stewardship of Niall Connolly.

Below is a picture of Slattery on the official FAI Twitter page with fellow goal scorer Laura Shine. Connell’s team picked up successive victories over Northern Ireland this week.
