There is more action in the Limerick Hurling Championships starting this week, with games fixed across all the four top tiers.

Ahane, have just one victory this year, and come into a clash with Na Piarsaigh as heavy underdogs, while Kildimo Pallaskenry, who are without a win this year, have Doon for company on Wednesday evening.

Ballybrown take on Garryspillane while Monaleen clash with Mungret St Paul’s in Group 2 on Friday evening, with Adare meeting South Liberties on Wednesday.

A full set of fixtures in the PIHC pits Cappamore against Dromin-Athlacca, while Na Piarsaigh take on Effin. Bruff face Blackrock and Glenroe play Newcastle West in the other PIHC games.

There are a host of games being played in the Junior A Championship this week.
