Throughout the series, Maguire shares what she has learnt from high performance sport and how it might translate to business an everyday life. Subsequent videos will cover topics that are applicable for all with Maguire outlining her thoughts on goal setting, mentality, routine as well as work life balance.

Leona Maguire said“I am really grateful to KPMG for their support of me and for female golf. I am really looking forward to building on my form last week heading into this week’s KPMG Women’s PGA Championship. Golf and working to perform consistently amongst the world’s best golfers means I am consistently learning. I know from balancing work and study prior to turning professional that the lessons learnt on and around the golf course have many potential applications. I am delighted to be able to be able to team up with KPMG to tell some of the things and processes I find useful to incorporate into my daily routine to help me perform under pressure. I hope that they may be of use to others.

KPMG have sponsored Leona Maguire since she turned professional in 2018. Prior to turning professional, she represented Ireland at the 2016 Olympic Games, led the Great Britain & Ireland team to victory in the 2016 Curtis Cup, and won the 2017 Ladies British Open Amateur Championship. Maguire also holds the worked record for being the longest No.1 on the women’s World Amateur Golf Ranking holding top spot for 135 weeks between 2015 – 2018. Since turning pro, she has graduated from the Symetra Tour with two tournament wins and became a fully-fledged LPGA Tour professional in 2019.
