3Dental Limerick Ladies Football Championships kick off this weekend

There is a full round of fixtures to be played in the senior, intermediate and junior championships this Sunday afternoon.

The 3Dental Limerick Ladies Football Championships get underway this weekend with games in the top four tiers to be played on Sunday.

There is a quick turnaround for the members of Graham Shine’s Limerick Ladies Footballers who were beaten by Down in last Sunday’s All-Ireland Junior Final.

In the Senior Championship, the defending champions Monagea meet Old Mill in an all-West derby. Ballylanders take on Feohanagh Castlemahon in the groups other game. Newly promoted Oola face last years finalists Ballylanders.

There is a full round of fixtures to be played in the intermediate and junior championships also, see the fixtures below.


Sunday 20th August

Senior

Group 1

  • Old Mill v Monagea at 6pm
  • Ballylanders v Feohanagh Castlemahon at 6pm

Group 2

  • St Ailbes v Oola at 6pm

Intermediate

Group 1

  • Knockainey v Mungret St Paul’s at 6pm
  • Murroe Boher v Adare at 6pm

Group 2

  • St Brigids v Galtee Gaels at 6pm

Junior A

  • Groody Gaels v St Ailbes at 11am
  • Ahane v Athea at 11am
