After Paul Sexton’s resignation midway through the 2020 campaign, the Limerick Senior Camogie team are on the lookout for a new manager ahead of the new season which is only a couple of months away.
While the 2020 season was largely forgettable for the side, new Chairperson Grace McNamara is hopeful that the new board can ensure a brighter future for Limerick Camogie saying,
“The new board has the purpose to support Limerick Camogie to be the best it can be and reach new heights.

McNamara is one of a number of new faces in the county Camogie board.
She will be joined by fellow former players Fiona Hickey who will take on the role as PRO while Sile Moynihan will act as sectretary.
James Moynihan is the new Vice- Chairperson, Mary McArthur is the Registrar. The Development Officer will be Kiara Cahill while Mairi McMahon is the Children’s Officer
McNamara continued,
“Our passion is for Limerick Camogie players to get the best experience on and off the field, so they can excel on and off the field. We want every girl to enjoy playing to the best of their ability, to be proud to wear the Limerick jersey, and to have what they need to compete and win in Croke Park.”
As such, the new look Camogie county board are seeking people to apply for managerial roles in all grades ranging from U/14s to the Senior squad.
