Limerick Clubs in AIL action this weekend

In Division 1A, Garryowen, who are hovering above the drop zone in eighth place following their 37-19 away defeat by Dublin University, will welcome Ballynahinch at Dooradoyle.

Young Munster will make the trip to Belfield to take on fourth-placed UCD. The ‘Cookies’ are second from bottom with three losing bonus points to their name and will look to get their first win on the road.

Shannon will travel to County Down this weekend to take on Banbridge, who are propping up the table on a single losing bonus point. ‘The Parish’ defeated Navan 16-3 at Thomond Park last time out to climb up to fourth in the Division 1B.

In Division 2A, Old Crescent, who have slipped to fifth following their 34-22 away defeat by Cashel, welcome second-placed MU Barnhall to Rosbrien.

UL Bohemian, who claimed a losing bonus point against Rainey Old Boys last time out, travel to County Antrim to take on seventh-placed Ballymena at Eaton Park.

Meanwhile, Bruff, who have slipped to third in Division 2C will be looking to make the most of home advantage count when they welcome a struggling Bangor side to Kilballyowen Park.
