Ballynanty took full advantage of Annacotty’s slip as they comprehensively defeated Janesboro 4-0 at LIT. A hattrick from Arron Nunan and an own goal gave Dave Dunphy’s side the win to copper fasten their grip on top of the table.
Pike jumped to second place with a hard fought 1-2 win over Kilmallock. A first half goal from Conor Layng and a Steven McGann goal moved the Hoops to second place. The scheduled game between Mungret Regional and Coonagh was postponed.
