Pike Rovers maintained their 100% record in the Premier Division with a facile 6-0 home victory over Geraldines in Crosagalla. Robbie Williams side took a 3-0 lead into half time with Shane Walsh, Conor Layng and Kyle Duhig scoring. The Pike manager made a host of changes early in the second half and two of those subs got on the score sheet with Kevin Barry and Cian O’Donoghue finding the net before Shane Walsh completed the scoring.

Aisling Annacotty are the second team to hold a 100% winning record with a huge comeback victory over Ballynanty Rovers in Annacotty. Following a dull opening half hour, the game burst into life when Seamus Maloney’s cross evaded everybody including Brian O’Connor who saw the ball sail over his head and into the net. Balla doubled their lead when Eddie Byrnes beat the challenge of Thomas Clarke to finish.
The second goal promoted a quick reponse from Annacotty as former Treaty player Adam Foley reduced the deficit. Annacotty equalised as Liam Quinn continued his superb scoring form on his return to the top flight before Thomas Clarke’s towering header completed the comeback.
