Limerick FC sign Hungarian striker Peter Berki to bolster scoring options

In an attempt to improve their scoring options Limerick FC have today signed 27 year old Hungarian striker Peter Berki on a free transfer.

Berki has extensive experience in the Hungarian, Romanian and Austrian leagues having had spells at five different clubs before arriving at Limerick.

Scoring goals has been a problem for Limerick of late and Berki will be eligible to have some involvement in Tuesday’s league encounter with Shamrock Rovers at the Markets Field.

Speaking to Limerick FC Berki remarked:

“My job is to score goals, the more goals the better”.
