Ahead of the 2019 Munster minor football and hurling championships, the respective captains for both sides have been announced.
Adare’s Michael Keane will captain the minor hurlers who are looking for a first Munster championship success since Cian Lynch led his side to victory in 2014.
They open their account on May 19 against Cork in a curtain raiser for the senior clash.
As for the footballers, Fr Casey’s Eliah Riordan has been announced as captain.
Crecora/Mainster’s Patrick Dolphin is named as Vice-Captain.
They begin their championship campaign on April 10 against Clare in the Gaelic Grounds at 7pm.
