The St Francis boxer is hoping to secure sponsorship.

Kevin Sheehy has had a whirlwind last three months.

At just 19-years of age he has captured the senior and under 22 national heavyweight titles, while he recently lost out on a decision in the Elite heavyweight final in the National Stadium, Dublin.

He has now been selected to represent Ireland in the under 22 European Championships in Romania.

The Limerickman is seeking sponsorship to cover training and travel expenses as he sets off on a 6-week full-time high performance training programme in Dublin.
