LISTEN: John Kiely relishing Division 1B showdown with Galway

Limerick manager, John Kiely is expecting a huge challenge when his side face All Ireland champions Galway in a promotion play-off for Division 1A of the Allianz Hurling League.

Limerick travel to Pearse Stadium on Sunday for their final round game of the League and Kiely expects all the pressure to be on the home side.

“It’s going to be a big challenge but one we’re looking forward to… There’s probably not a lot of pressure on us, just go and perform is the most important thing and hopefully the performance will be good enough”.

The panel have been boosted with a number of injury returns of late with the manager reporting a clean bill of health.

Throw in on Sunday is 2.30pm.
