GAA
First up, we pay tribute to Limerick GAA president Rory Kiely who passed away on Wednesday morning. In on field matters, Limerick head to Ennis on Sunday with progression out of Munster guaranteed but will be going out all guns blazing to beat Clare and book a Munster final spot. We look ahead to the game and examine the key areas and tactics.
We also look at the Antóin Power’s minor charges who will be looking to recover from a disappointing outing against Waterford. Like their senior counterparts, the minors can also book a provincial final date with a win against Clare.
The camogie and ladies football are also in action against Clare at the weekend. Declan Nash’s camogie side will be looking to bounce back from their loss to Kilkenny last weekend as they take on Clare in Sixmilebridge on Saturday evening at 5 while John Ryan’s footballers face the banner in Clarecastle on Sunday morning at 11am in the Munster football final.
