Munster duo released back to the province ahead of RWC squad selection

Teammate Jeremy Loughman was added to the Irish squad during the week with the final Ireland squad for RWC to be announced on next Monday.

The Ireland Management Team has confirmed that five players will return to their Provinces to continue their pre-season training programmes.

Two of those are from Munster with Calvin Nash and Gavin Coombes to link up with Graham Rowntree’s men as they step up pre season preparation.

Nash made his international debut in the win over Italy a fortnight ago while Coombes has a pair of caps, coming in the wins over Japan and the USA in 2021.
