The Munster squad have started preparations at the HPC ahead of Saturday’s URC semi-final against Glasgow Warriors at Thomond Park (6pm).

There is good news for Alex Nankivell ahead of the game as he is increasing his training load. A decision on his availability will be made later in the week.

Joey Carbery is going for surgery today after sustaining a thumb injury against Ulster, while Tom Ahern will see a specialist with a view to surgery on an ankle injury sustained in the same game.
