It has been confirmed that back-row forward Daniel Okeke has completed his time at the province and will pursue a new playing opportunity next season.
The Munster squad have started preparations at the HPC ahead of Friday’s URC Round 17 clash against Edinburgh at the Hive Stadium (7.35pm, live on TG4 & Premier Sports).
Saturday’s bonus-point win over Connacht saw Munster win for the seventh URC game in succession, earning 34 points from the last 35 available.

On the injury front, Tom Ahern (shoulder) and Jack Crowley (foot) picked up knocks against Connacht on Saturday.
They will be assessed as the week progresses and a decision regarding their availability for Edinburgh will be made later in the week.

The Shannon RFC man spent three years in the Academy after coming up through the ranks at Thomond RFC and Ardscoil Rís.
A former Ireland U20 international, Daniel was one of 12 players to make their senior Munster debuts in the Champions Cup win against Wasps in December 2021.
Elsewhere, Dave Kilcoyne (shoulder), Diarmuid Barron (foot), Roman Salanoa (knee), Jean Kleyn (knee/eye), Paddy Patterson (knee), Patrick Campbell (shoulder), Josh Wycherley (face) are all continuing to rehab.
